Lobster Dill Sandwich

I have been craving a sandwich for days now,but not one of those regular turkey swiss boring things. This very adult sandwich was just what I was looking for! Simple, simple, simple.

Lobster Dill Sandwich

2 c cooked lobster, diced into bite size pieces
(can use lump crab or shrimp)
1/2 c real mayo
1/2 c finely diced celery (1 1/2 stalks)
1 T capers,drained
1 1/2 T finely minced fresh dill
pinch of sea salt
pinch of black pepper

Combine all ingredients and make yourself lunch. Makes two good sized sandwiches, I guess you can share if you want to . :)
Enjoy!

This does look wonderful, but I don't know if I could bear to cut it up and put lobster on bread--I think I am a lobster purist :)
