Moon Pies

No baking today - too hot. It's October and still 83*...ugh. Oh well. Forward we go! Remember Moon Pies? Who doesn't love a moon pie? These are too simple not to pass on. I used mini pies ( I didn't even know they made minis), decorated them with icing and stuck a dowel in them and added festive ribbon. You can use those plastic treat bags to cover and give them away. Too sweet huh?
