White Chocolate Peep Ghosts

Every mom I know is trying to figure out what teacher gift to send for Halloween. I just want to send a sweet token, not a big deal kind of thing. I don't want to worry about what to get them and how much to spend...blah, blah,blah..so I came across Halloween Ghosts Peeps (Yes those that make Easter Chicks). I looked at them and grabbed some of those white Wilton pop sticks and ran home. So crazy easy! Melt some white chocolate discs and frost your ghost! I used mini chocolate chips for eyes and chocolate icing for mouths. Wrapped them up and put some ribbon on them and they are just that - a sweet token of a students affection!

Enjoy! Check out KrazyKitchen for their Recipe Round-up!

What a terrific idea! I like to send a little treat like that to my kids teachers and also for my coworkers but I'm limited on both time and money - I think I'm going to run out to find some ghost peeps! Thanks! :-)
This is great. Easy to make, and easy on the budget, even in this crazy economy. It's a very nice token and sure to bring a smile from everyone. Thank you for sharing this wonderful idea.
