It's my birthday and I am celebrating by cleaning out the fridge! I came across 4 half empty cartons of ice cream. What? I don't have that kind of space. Well, instead of throwing them out (like I normally do), I decided to combine them with all our leftover candy.
I lined a baking loaf pan with plastic and just started layering. Let ice cream soften at room temperature. I did mine one at at time.

First I added vanilla ice cream, then chopped up candy bars, chocolate ice cream, cookies n cream, french vanilla and topped that with Oreos. I ended with a layer of cookie dough and whip cream to finish it up.
Turn it out on platter and drizzle with chocolate ice cream sauce and a handful of sprinkles. I used what I had, the kids will really think they are celebrating and I will have a little more space in the freezer.
