Cookie Dough Brownies

Whoa! Mixing cookie dough into brownie mix...well you just can not go wrong. What kind of brain thought this up! Simple easy too. You can use your favorite brownie recipe or take the easy road like I did today. I used a boxed brownie mix and refrigerated cookie dough. Ta!Da!

Preheat oven to 350º.
Line your brownie pan with foil and heavily grease your foil with butter. Take your cookie dough from freezer (the cookie dough needs to be frozen to keep it from baking all the way through) and slice into small pieces, line the bottom of pan with dough.
Make your brownie mix and pour over cookie dough. Place pan in center of oven and bake 25-30 minutes (mine took about 34 min). Center will be barely set and your toothpick inserted in center will NOT come out clean. Brownies will not seem completely done. Now let pan cool on a rack and then place in freezer for about 1 hour.
Remove from pan and peel off foil and slice them up. Let brownies come to room temp before serving them.

Ha! You will smile at how perfect they are!
