Golden Oreo Caramel Cheesecake Bars

I saw these over at the Nabisco website, and well...anything with marshmallow creme gets my attention. They smell heavenly.
I HAVE to send these to work with Big Daddy or we will be in trouble :)
24 Golden Oreo cookies, divided
2 tbsp butter, melted
25 kraft Caramels
1 tbsp water
2 pkg (8oz each) cream Cheese, softened
1 jar (7oz) marshmallow creme
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350º.
Place 14 of your cookies in food processor and break up until finely crushed. Mix with butter and press firmly onto bottom of a 9" square baking pan. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes.
Chop up 10 remaining Oreo cookies. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme in large bowl on medium speed until well blended. Add egg and mix well. By hand, stir in chopped up Oreos. Pour mix over crust.
Place caramels and tbsp of water in microwave bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute, or until melted - stirring every 30 seconds. Set aside.
Drop spoonfuls of melted caramel over batter, gently swirl with a knife for a marble effect.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Cut into 20 bars.
Store all leftovers in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
It's Friday! Go join the party@

We don't have golden oreos over here...oh no! I am going to have to find a substitute as this recipe looks amazing!

Best wishes,

Now these just look sinful! I am loving everything about these. I think Sunday I will make these and a few other blogger treats I have found and will make a dessert buffet for the family. Thanks for the sweet temptation.

Oh my heck! There is nothing not delicious in these little things! I don't think they would last very long in my house!
