Here is another E.A.S.Y. dessert for you. I know you're thinking "Pudding and Whip Cream...big deal" and seriously that's what I thought too. It's almost silly but it comes together perfectly. This is a real crowd pleaser. Try it.
Pudding mix:
2 bx french vanilla pudding
8 oz cool whip
3 c milk
1 bx graham crackers
Mix together the pudding and milk, then gently stir in Cool Whip - set aside. Using a ungreased 9x12 glass casserole dish, line the bottom with one layer of graham crackers. Now pour half of pudding mix onto graham cracker layer. Add another layer of graham crackers and cover with the remaining pudding mix. Top with a final layer of graham crackers. Make chocolate icing below.
Choc icing:
Now pour chocolate over the top. If you don't have bakers chocolate don't worry, just melt a tub of chocolate frosting and pour it over the top. Now cover it with foil and refrigerate at least 8 hours or even overnight. That's it! Let me know what you think.
Go join the party!
