German Chocolate Bundt Cake

Saw this over at Tiffanee's One Crazy Cookie and knew it would be a hit over at Dad's today. Making him dinner but, I HAD to bring dessert too (of course). I needed something quick and easy. He loves coconut and everyone loves chocolate.. this was perfect, it was sooo good too. Thanks Tiffanee!
1 bx German Choc Cake Mix
1 c water
1/2 c veg oil
3 eggs
1 can of German Choc Frosting
mini choc chips
sweetened coconut flakes
white canned frosting (melted)
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease your bundt pan and set it aside. Mix cake mix, oil, water and eggs, beat until blended. Now stir in frosting until completely incorporated. Pour into your prepared bundt pan and bake for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. I drizzled regular canned white frosting all over top - I just melted a couple of tablespoons in the microwave. Then I sprinkled it up with more coconut and mini chocolate chips :) It was incredible! Everyone loved it!

Thank you. That was very sweet. I like the icing addition. I am going to have to try that out.

for me, the very best part of a german chocolate cake is the coconut-pecan frosting, but don't worry--i would eat your version with just as much gusto. :)
