Universal Studios and Harry Potter

We're back! Had a wonderful time at Universal Studios, the kids LOVED The Wizarding World of Harry Potter of course - it was everything they wished it would be and more.
We walked ourselves silly :) and had our share of Butterbeer. I used Little Divas camera :( and these are some pics that I took.
We stayed at The Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando - lots of rock n roll memorabilia and their pool even has speakers under water so you can hear the music while you're swimming. Perfect for the music lover.

Friday night we saw the Blue Man Group for the third time - always fun. No cameras allowed inside.

We did the Orlando Halloween Horror Night but didn't take any pics because we were holding on too tightly to hold a camera and there were zombies everywhere. Next day we made our way through Universal Studios.

Of course, the main reason we were here was for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter of course.

Hogswarts Express
We had breakfast at Three Broomsticks and did go to the bar to order The Fire Whiskey but were told that it was the owners reserved stash :)

Hogsmeade Post Office - they will mail your letters or postcards with a Hogsmeade postmark.

The incredibly realistic Hogswarts Castle. The Forbidden Journey ride inside was incredible. It is a virtual ride, you are flying through trees with the wind in your hair and spiders hanging in your face - it was fantastic.

Honeydukes - so much candy and goodies. Yes, there were Acid Pops, Frizzing Whizzbees, Bertie Bott Jellybeans and even Chocolate Frogs.

and of course Pumpkin Juice and Butterbeer!
We went to Ollivanders where we picked up another wand - here the wand picks you.
We bought T-shirts, wands, candy, scarves, hats, pillows, stuffed animals, and some things I didn't even know we bought.
It was alot of fun, and I have the sore feet to prove it :) Now back to the real world of grocery shopping, laundry, and dishes - maybe I should have found a wand for that :)
