Spinach Quiche

I love quiches, any kind really but have never made one. Came across a super easy recipe and just went for it. So glad I did, it was great and pretty easy.
1 refrigerated ready made pie crust
8 slices of bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled (1/2c)
1 c shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c finely chopped onion
4 lg eggs
2 c heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
Unroll ready made crust and lay into quiche dish, tart pan or springform pan, pressing firmly against bottom and sides. Trim any overhang edge or fold under.
Cover edges with foil and bake in a 425º for about 10 minutes, until it begins to brown. Take out of oven.
Reduce oven to 325º, sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie crust. In medium bowl beat eggs slightly then beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into your crust.
Bake 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
