We love strawberries in this house and knew these would be a hit....they were. Super simple recipe, just 5 ingredients, perfect for when you need a dessert in a hurry :)
strawberry cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c oil
Glaze:
1c powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp milk
I added a few drops of pink food coloring
Mix cake mix, eggs and oil together, press into 9x13" pan - your mix will be thick and sticky. Just spray fingertips with some cooking spray and push it into corners. Bake at 350º for 15 - 20 minutes.
While brownies are baking, make your glaze. Mix powdered sugar and milk until you get the consistency you want and pour over warm brownies. Let them set up and cut into squares. I topped each one with a sliced strawberry.
These have been all over the internet, millions of variations too but I first saw them over at Let's Get Cooking - try them with Lemon or Spice cake mix too :)
