Caramel Fudge Cupcakes

First off...it has been so busy around this house. Getting ready for graduation, end of the year stuff...busy........
Made these for Middle Diva's school friends, and they were super decadent but super easy. Full on flavor and pretty.
1 box Fudge Choc cake mix
1 can choc frosting
1/4 c melted La Lechera**
1/4 c Fudge Syrup (ice cream topping)
24 caramel wafers
10 crushed Biscoff cookies (you can use graham crackers)
Make cake mix but do it this way. In mixing bowl add 3 eggs, 1/2 c melted butter and 1 c water. Mix on med-high until completely blended. That's it. This mix makes the best cupcakes ever. Bake in 350º oven for about 18- 20 minutes until done. Don't over bake.


 Drop 1 tsp of Nutella into each cupcake(batter) and using toothpick swirl it to mix. Bake according to box directions.
 When your cupcakes have cooled, poke 2 holes with one of your wooden kitchen spoons. Melt your La Lechera and pour into one hole. Now squirt Fudge Syrup topping into the other hole. Frost with some chocolate icing and roll edges in crushed cookies and top with little caramel wafer. That's it. Perfection!
