PB Banana Snack Cake

Another easy cake that I threw together to send with Big Daddy to work today. It was rich, and dense but the bananas kept it pretty moist. I added the chocolate frosting to make it exciting but you could definitely keep it unfrosted. Would be perfect with your morning joe or tom ;)
1 c mashed ripe bananas
1/2 c butter (soft)
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1 c whipping cream
3 eggs
1 pkg yellow cake mix
2 tbsp flour
Heat oven to 350º. Grease and flour your 13x9" pan. Using a pot, combine mashed bananas and butter; mix well. Add peanut butter and heat mixture over low heat, just until everything is melted and combined. It will still have a few banana lumps but thats ok.
Transfer to mixing bowl and add whipping cream, beat at a high speed for about a minute then add your eggs one at a time. Now slowly add cake mixture and 2tbsp flour, just beat until moist - about 2 more minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350º for 45-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes, remove from pan; then cool completely. Frost.
Frosting:
1 can chocolate frosting
Ice cake with chocolate frosting then drop PB cream on top, using knife swirl them together to make it pretty.
PB Cream
1/2 c powdered sugar
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Combine everything, stir until smooth and creamy.
