Almost forgot! Made these Lemon Curd Cupcakes for Dad on Father's Day. I love how they turned out and they taste and smell incredible. Also made him Shrimpcakes , I will post those pics as soon as I find them. They were super! I found the recipe at Emeril's- although he made Shrimp Burgers. Loving the summer so far but being in the kitchen is gonna add some lbs to this girl!
