Baked Ham Spread

We bought one of those Spiral Baked Hams for dinner and still had leftovers today, so I decided to do something with the leftovers. I had about 3 cups of ham left so I cut it up and put it in the blender (Can you believe I don't have a food processor? ) and just chopped it up real fine. I added about 1/2 c mayo, 2 Tbsp mustard, 1/2 tsp onion powder, dash of garlic, 1/2 tsp sweet basil, and salt and pepper to taste. It was so good with crackers!

I haven't had ham spread since I was a kid! (now 27) I was just telling my husband about it (who is the meat-eater of the house) that he HAD to try it on toasted bread. Your recipe & crackers idea sounds super yummy as well!! Thank you for posting this, my Mom forgot how to make it so I was kinda up the creek until today! (haha)
