Marsala Toast

This is the little appetizer I had in mind with the chicken marsala leftover stuffing. I just used wheat bread I had in the house. Toast your bread and arrange a slice of your ham on each piece, then slather it with your cheese stuffing and put in the oven. Broil until hot and bubbly (careful to watch so it doesn't burn), sprinkle with green onions and cut them into triangles. I added a sweet ice-tea and it was a nice little lunch, if I say so my self.




2 slices of toasted bread
leftover cheese stuffing from Stuffed Chicken Marsala
2 slices of Prosciutto ( Italian ham) or can use cooked bacon
chopped green onions
