Mexican Hot Chocolate Ice Cream Float!

Kids home early + first snow day = Mexican Hot Chocolate Ice Cream Float! I made my Mom's Hot Mexican Cocoa and used Chocolate Ice Cream to top it off!



4 c Milk
1/2 c Cocoa Powder
1/2 c sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix everything (except vanilla extract) and heat on stove until hot. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Like I always say - taste and add what you need.
Pour into mugs and top with a small scoop of ice cream. Umm Umm Good! Hot Chocolate Ice Cream Floats! Perfect on a snow day!

Sounds so YUMMY!!! I always put whipped cream in my hot chocolate. I like the idea of ice cream instead.
