Drunken Affogato

At The Museum of Modern Arts in New York recently (upstairs at The Terrace Cafe) and I saw this little drink.....Yum..

They call it The Drunken Affogato - it was $11.....still good.

I made it at home today - for free!! Yum..

Affogato

An affogato (Italian, "drowned") is a coffee-based beverage or dessert. It usually takes the form of a scoop of vanilla gelato or ice cream topped with a shot of hot espresso and a shot of Amaretto .
