Oreo Ice Cream Pie

Another super quick and easy dessert. I know it really doesn't qualify as a real recipe but, I wanted to do a Cookies and Cream Pie for my kids today. Just do it in the morning, throw it in the freezer, and it's done by dinner. How easy is that!

Oreo cookies (about 20 crushed up)
 2 Tsbp butter
small tub of Cool Whip (thawed)
 Choc sauce
quart of Cookies and Cream (softened)

Crush your Oreo cookies and mix them with your melted butter. Cover bottom of pie pan with cookie crumb mix - save some to sprinkle on top. Gently spread softened Cool Whip over cookie crumbs. Return to freezer for about 20 minutes. Spread softened ice cream over Cool Whip layer and return to freezer again. Lastly add a layer of chocolate sauce and freeze for about 3-4 hours. Sprinkle top with Oreo cookie crumbs.
Enjoy!
