PB Candy Bars

I am always nervous to try these "weird " kind of candy desserts but it really looked good (doesn't it?). They were good but super rich. Enjoy them with a cold glass of milk. Your kids will LOVE them!

1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
1 c white sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
3/4 c butter, cubed
1/3 c milk
2 sleeves of Ritz Crackers (about 80)
1 1/2 c semi-sweet choc chips
1 1/4 c peanut butter

In a large saucepan combine graham cracker crumbs, sugars, butter and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook and stir for about 5 more minutes. Grease a 9x13" pan and place a single layer of Ritz crackers along the bottom of pan. Gently top with half of the graham cracker mix. Repeat layer once.
In microwave combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Melt at 10 seconds intervales. Pour over last graham cracker layer and refrigerate until firm - I refrigerated mine for about 4 hours. Cut into bars and enjoy!
They kind of taste like this candy bar without the nuts.
