Jalapeno Popper Dip

Made this for Dad today, didn't want to go too spicy. At his age he just needs a little spice and this had enough kick for him. Perfect for Cinco De Mayo or any get together!!

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Tony Chachere's seasoning (optional)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 (4 ounce) can pickled diced jalapenos
2 jalapeno peppers (diced, optional - I didn't use these and they were still kicky)
1/4 cup bread crumbs ( I used my go to crushed up seasoned croutons)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Mix jalapenos, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Tony's, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese. Mix well and spread into a small baking dish or pie plate. Mix together the panko and parmesan and pour over the top of the dip. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until heated through. I served them with tortilla chips and  they enjoyed a  big cold glass of beer :) Perfect!
