"Ice Cream Cake"...Not Really

I love bundt cakes and this recipe has gotten so many great reviews that I had to try it. Easy too! I just drizzled it with melted chocolate frosting, and sprinkled some mini chocolate chips on it for fun. You can make it as cupcakes too. Moist and delicious, you won't believe it's made with ice cream.I can't wait to try other flavors.

1 box of chocolate cake mix (or your favorite flavor)
1 pint of chocolate ice cram, softened (again, any flavor)
3 eggs
1 c water

Preheat oven to 350º
To make cupcakes, line cupcake tins with paper or spray with baking spray. If you want to do a bundt cake, just spray it and dust it with cocoa powder.
Beat all ingredients together for about 4 minutes. Pour into tins or cake pan and bake. Just 17minutes for regular cupcakes, 12 min for mini cupcakes and about 45 minutes for your cake. Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar, thin icing, whipped cream or frosting. Super versatile, change cake flavors and ice cream flavors - create something different each time.
