Individual Strawberry Cobblers

These looked so cute and easy - easy enough to pop them in the oven for the kids at a moments notice or even make some to go. Perfect for the summertime.

Melt butter and pour two tsp into each ramekin ( I used small mason jars), add 1 tsp of brown sugar. Fill almost to top with berries. Using refrigerated biscuit dough, cut one up into 4 triangles. Roll biscuit pieces into cinnamon sugar mix, then arrange 4 biscuits pieces on top of berries. Bake them at 350º for 20 min or until done.

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whip cream. I added blue sugar for a July 4th idea! Can't get any easier then that, right?
It's Friday!!! Go see what goodies Michael has today!

I've been recycling mason jars for all kinds of treats... never thought of using them for baking!!!

This is such a great idea. I always find myself wanting something sweet but don't like to make the whole pie/cobbler as I wind up being the only one that eats it! This would solve that problem in a snap! Thanks for sharing!
