Pigs In a Blanket and Jello Pops

What is the deal? I am either washing dishes or cooking lately. With the kids being home full time for the summer, I have been feeding them non stop. Add some friends....and I am feeding everyone's kids. Good thing I like feeding them :) The girls had some kids over swimming on Friday, so I threw together some Pigs In a Blanket and Jello Pudding Pops  (These were my inspiration). Thanks Kelli! Perfect for a bunch of hungry kids and quick and easy for you.

Pigs in a Blanket
1 pk Little Smokies (small cocktail wieners)

1/2 c shredded Colby Jack Cheese
2 package crescent rolls

Unroll crescent rolls and cut into thirds, making 3 long triangle strips, sprinkle with shredded cheese. Add weiners and start rolling - start at fat end and roll up crescent style.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with bbq sauce or ketchup. We dip ours in honey mustard.

Pudding Pops

1 lg bx Jello Pudding Mix
small plastic cups
wooden craft/popsicle sticks
food coloring

Make pudding according to directions and divide it evenly into separate bowls. Add whatever food color fits your mood and blend it into individual bowl. Now just spoon in colored pudding into each cup. layering them as you go. Add a popsicle stick and throw them in the freezer for about 4-5 hours depending on their size, or make them ahead of time for spur of the moment get togethers. When frozen roll them in the palm of your hands for easy release. Simple.
