Rocky Road Brownies

Death by Chocolate, no by Rocky Road! Used Martha Stewart's brownie recipe but added an idea from Duncan Hines too. These are as rich and decadent as they look. If you LOVE chocolate, then you will LOVE these. Chocolate overload!!!!

1/2 c (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1 bag (12oz) semisweet choc chips
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c light brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 lg eggs 3/4 c flour
1 c mini marshmallows
1/2 c ch pecans
1 can of Duncan Hines Creamy Home-style Milk Chocolate Frosting
1 c mini marshmallows
1/2 c ch pecans

Preheat oven to 350º. Spray an 8" square pan. In a heatproof bowl set over (not in) a saucepan of simmering water, combine butter and 1 c choc chips. Heat, stirring occasionally, just until melted, about 3-5 minutes. Remove mixture from heat, stir in sugars and salt, then eggs and finally flour, stirring just until combined. Add marshmallows and pecans and gently fold into batter. Bake until toothpick inserted into center comes out fairly clean, 24-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Mix 1 c marshmallows and 1/2 c pecans into your can of frosting, spread generously on cooled brownies.
Go join the party @
