Cherry Pistachio Fudge

It's the 5th week of 12 weeks of Christmas Cookies!
I've seen some incredible recipes, my list of goodies to bake gets bigger every week. Thinking about what to bring this week I thought to myself....." What's a Christmas Cookie tray without fudge?" Humm fudge with fruit and nuts...pistachios and cherries, even their green and red colors work out. These are so good! Remember the candy "Chunky"?
Chunky - 1.4 oz bar
It's a thick square filled with raisins and nuts and this fudge here taste EXACTLY like a Chunky bar. No lie. It's easy and delicious! Try it.

3 c chocolate chips
1/4 c white chocolate chips (melted)
2 c mini marshmallows
1 can (14 oz) sweet condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 c pistachio nuts (chopped)
1/2 c dried cherries (chopped)

Line a 9" square pan with foil, let it hang over sides. Grease with butter and set aside. In a 8c microwavable cup or bowl, melt choc chips, marshmallows and condensed milk on high for 3-5 minutes- stirring every minute until everything is melted and can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla, nuts and cherries. Immediately pour into prepared pan. Drizzle with melted white chocolate. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm.
Using edges of foil, lift fudge from pan and cut into squares.
You are gonna love this fudge!!
