Blue Pear Tarts

We were lucky enough to receive a big box of these for Christmas from one of our friends! 
I loved Harry and David, especially their pears.  So prepare yourself for lots of pearness in the next week :)
I just threw this together and loved it. Pretty simple with lots of flavor to boot.
1 sheet of Puff Pastry
2 sliced pears
Russin Dressing
Blu Cheese
chopped walnuts
1 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp brown sugar
Just roll out your pastry and cut it into 6 rectangles. Prick little holes all over surface with a fork. Bake until golden and done.
Blend brown sugar into cream cheese and set aside.
Slice up pears and pour Russian dressing over them.
Spread a little of your cream cheese mix on each pastry piece, layer with pears and sprinkle blue cheese and walnuts on top. 
Stick it back into oven until nice and brown.
Try it, you will love them.
