White Choc Blueberry Blondies

Sweet little Meg over at  For Goodness Cake is hosting a "brownie" competition. Yeah, I know, who doesn't love brownies? She has inspired me to try something a little different. Blondies are like brownies right? Oh well, I also wanted to use these blueberries I buy that no one ever eats. You know who you are.
Blondie
1/4 c butter
3/4 c white choc chips
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c brn sugar
1 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c white choc chips
2 eggs
2 tbsp sour cream
Berry mix
2 c fresh blueberries
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 c sugar (or less depending on your taste)
Over a low heat, stir these together until you get a little juice - set aside to cool.
Lemon Glaze
Juice and zest of half of a lemon
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
confectioners' sugar
Beat everything together until it's the consistency that you like.
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray an 8x8" baking dish with cooking spray - set aside. In a large bowl combine sugar, brown sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and 1/2 c white choc chips if you are using them. Stir to mix together. In another bowl whisk your eggs and sour cream until blended.  Melt your butter in microwave and add your 3/4 c of white choc chips - stir until smooth and creamy. Now pour your wet ingredients into dry ingredients and then add melted butter choc chip mix. Mix until combined. Spread evenly in prepared pan and dollop berries over blondie mix. With your knife swirl berries into blondie mix. Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool completely, then drizzle with Lemon Glaze.
I am linking up here ! Go join the parties!

there's no reason blueberries should be limited to pies and muffins, but i rarely see them in things like bars. it's a travesty! these look sensational--nice work, mickey!
