Not really a recipe, just a cute spring idea. Made some "dirt cups"...eerr chocolate mint pudding with crushed chocolate wafers and added some mint sprigs to each top. I used small (new & clean)votive candle holders. Don't they look freshly planted?
Adorable! My daughter Jolie LOVES mint! She actually wanted to name her sister "Mint" (....silly girl!) I will have to make these cute mint cups with her this summer when we have fresh mint here in NH. Thanks Mickey for sharing such a great idea! :-)
