Pulled Beef Brisket Sandwiches in a Crock Pot

I love pulled pork sandwiches but some of my kids don't even like pork? That means I have never made them at home but, yesterday I decided to make some with beef instead. I got the recipe right on the Mc Cormick's Spice Seasoning package (I added a little Marsala wine). I know you can make it the old fashioned way but  I am too darn busy and this was super easy and so good. Everyone ate these and loved them...oh except Little One cause she hates BBQ sauce...oh well you can't please them all :)
1 pk McCormick Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning
3 lbs boneless pork shoulder roast, well trimmed (I used beef of course)
1/2 c ketchup
1/2 c brown sugar
1/3 c cider vinegar
1/3 c marsala cooking wine
1/3 c water
Place pork in your slow cooker. Mix seasoning, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and wine until blended. Pour over pork - I added about 1/3 c of water too. Cover crock pot.
Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Do not remove lid on crock pot during cooking - no peeking, it will be fine.
Remove pork from cooker and shred using 2 forks. Return to slow cooker, mix and heat with sauce before serving.
You just can't get any easier than a crock pot meal :)

One of these days I'm going to have to get myself a crock pot so that I can finally start making some of your delicious pulled pork. It looks like a hit!
