Chocolate Cherry Cake

Super easy, super quick, super good and super moist.  :) Loved how changeable this recipe can be too. Yellow cake with apple pie filling...white cake with blueberry filling? Endless combinations.
1 Fudge cake mix
1 can cherry pie filling
2 eggs
1/2 c water
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 c hot heavy cream
6 oz chocolate (I used milk chocolate)
Mix all cake ingredients together by hand (so you don't break up cherries) and pour into 13x9" pan and bake in 350º oven for 25-30 minutes. It's done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Heat heavy cream, pour over chocolate and stir until smooth and all chocolate has melted. Pour over cake. Eat!
