Being in Texas today does not equal "Fall Time". We are currently holding steady in the high 80's. My brain knows better :)
I've wanted to make this Pumpkin Dump Cake forever and knew I wanted to give it a little boost. Some folks add nuts...graham cracker crumbs...not me. Snickers. That's all she needed. Come on...look at em :)
1 (29oz) can pure pumpkin
3 eggs
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1 bx yellow cake mix
1/2 c melted butter
1 c (or more) chopped Snicker candy bars
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9x13" pan. In a bowl mix everything except cake mix, pecans and butter. Pour into greased pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top of pumpkin mixture. Drizzle your melted butter over top. Bake 50-60 minutes. Don't let it burn, edges will get brown. Serve warm or cold.
