Last recipe with Egg Nog for this year....I think :). This was easy and so moist. Everyone loved it.
1 white cake mix (and all ingredients to make cake)
1 tsp nutmeg
5 oz evaporated milk
14oz sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of eggnog
Whip Cream
Make cake according to directions on box for a 9x13" pan but add your tsp of nutmeg to the mix.
Once you bake your cake, let cool about 10 minutes and then poke holes all over top of cake, I just used a regular fork. Now slowly pour your condensed milk over cake, using the back of the spoon to push around and make sure it gets into holes. now do the same with eggnog and evaporated milk.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, the longer the better - I let mine set up overnight.
Top with whip cream, sprinkle with nutmeg and serve. It was super yummy :)
