1 1/2 c packed light brown sugar
1/4 c honey
1 c fresh nuts (I used pepitas, pecans, sunflower seeds and pistachios) Use your favorites.
Melt butter in sauce pan over med-heat. Stir in sugar and honey. Bring to a boil. Now cook without stirring, until mix is medium amber color and candy thermometer reads 280º - about 6 minutes.
Stir in seeds and cook until mixture reaches 300º - about 2 more minutes. Pour onto your prepared sprayed sheets. Let cool and then break them apart.
