Baby Ruth Bites

What...what....they taste like....Baby Ruth bars. Yep they were that good! Simple to throw together and they will be the talk of the town. Everyone loved them!

1 bx brownie mix (make according to box directions)
1 sm jar of marshmallow fluff
1 c smooth peanut butter
1 bag of Kraft caramels
1 tbsp heavy cream
1 1/4 c dry roasted peanuts
1/2 pkg of milk chocolate almond bark (you can find in near choc chips in baking aisle)

Preheat your oven to 350º. Line a 13x9" pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray - set aside.
Make your brownies and pour into prepared pan, bake until toothpick comes out clean - about 23 minutes. Set aside to cool.
In new bowl combine marshmallow fluff and peanut butter, mix until completely blended. Spread fluff mixture on top of cooled brownies in an even layer.
Microwave caramels and 1 tbsp heavy cream in bowl for about 1 minute, stir then microwave for about 30 more secs (until melted an smooth). Gently spread the caramel layer over the fluff layer evenly. Quickly sprinkle with peanuts and press into caramel layer. Put them in fridge for about 30 minutes to set up. When cooled, use a sharp knife sprayed with cooking spray and cut brownies into 1"-2" little squares. Set aside.
Now melt your chocolate bark according to directions on package. Dip the tops of the brownie square into melted chocolate, let excess drip off. Set them on foil lined baking sheet to set. Dip all bites until done. Let them set up.
You can store these in a airtight container up to 2 days but were good chilled too :)
