It's summer finally and busy as get out. Saw these on Pinterest of course had to try them. Easy and yummy too.
1 bx of vanilla cake mix ( I used yellow)
1 (4oz) box of vanilla pudding mix
3/4 c melted butter
1/2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp cinnamon
Frosting:
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese
1/4 c softened butter
4 c powdered sugar
cinnamon sugar to sprinkle on top
Preheat oven to 350º, spray 9x13" baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients to make bars. Mix until completely blended and free of lumps. Spread into prepared pan and bake 20-25 minutes until golden. Let cool completely before frosting.
While bars are cooling, make your frosting. Using a mixer, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth.( Slowly add the powdered sugar, taste after the 3rd cup cause it is a rich frosting. Some people might not want it too sweet so make it to your family's taste.) Beat until smooth and creamy.
Spread on your cooled bars, sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar...as little or as much as you would like :) Store in fridge to set up. I cut mine into bars but I think triangles would be pretty too.
* Keep refrigerated due to cream cheese

Long time since I have been by, and
happened to see a comment by you on
an old post, so decided to come over and see ya. You never cease to amaze with all these scrumptious goodies,
Love the sounds of that almond joy
bread, and these cinnamon bites are
making me hungry about now.
Hope all is well with you and yours hon. Have a nice weekend, know you
are probably making something wonderful for your hubby for Father's Day....He is a blessed man.
Blessings hon, Nellie
