Hawaiian Fudge

I made this super easy fudge that screams  summer.....holding on to the last dog days ....luckily I do love fall :) but I did keep mine refrigerated in an airtight container since it's still super hot here in Texas.

2c white cho chips
1 c shredded coconut
1 c chopped dried tropical fruit
4 tbsp butter, room temp
3/4 c condensed milk
3/4 c marshmallow fluff
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp coconut extract
3/4 tsp rum extract
3/4 tsp pineapple extract
Line a 8x8" baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Let foil hand over sides so you can just pull out and cut when fudge is set.
Melt your chocolate chips until smooth and silky. Stir in coconut, butter, sweetened condensed milk, marshmallow fluff, chopped fruit, salt and all your extracts. Mix until everything is incorporated. Pour fudge into prepared pan and even out top. Refrigerate at least 3-4 hours until set. Remove fudge and cut into squares....small ones since.... its....fudge :)

Do you think this would work with canned fruit, instead of dried?

Not sure, but I think it might make it too wet? Let me know :)
