Well I've been in the kitchen lately - I don't know what it is but when the weather is funky I start making and baking all kinds of stuff.
I tried to make strawberry jam for the first time - it came out pretty good. Now I want to make some big fluffy biscuits for breakfast tomorrow and slather them with jam. UMMM.
Somehow we even got around to making those Vanilla Rainbow Cupcakes! They were a success! I made some regular ones and some mini ones. You know sometimes you just shouldn't eat a big one. :)
