Rolo Cookies

I know you've seen these everywhere but I had to try them. They were great, the caramel in the Rolo stays soft and creamy. Try them, they are easy and that Rolo in the middle will surprise everyone.
1 bx choc fudge cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c oil
1 bag of Rolo chocolate caramel candies
That's it! Mix everything (except Rolos) as best as you can, it does get a bit tacky. Scoop out tablespoonfuls - just enough to mold around each Rolo. Bake cookies @350º for 8 -10 minutes. Let cool a bit and then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.

These look great. The gooey caramel is what did it for me. Totally pinning this for later. Thanks!
