Homemade Baileys Irish Cream

I have been sitting on this recipe far too long. I kept saying "just go buy a bottle of the real stuff". I know........ I know...... but, I really like making these "recipes" at home. Don't you? Especially when they are this easy. I have to say, my favorite way to use Bailey's is sinfully poured over vanilla ice cream. Nothing better than an Drunken Affogato - anyway you make it :)
1c heavy whipping cream
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c Irish Whiskey
1 tsp instant coffee
2 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract (I didn't use this at all)
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and mix at a high speed for about 30 seconds until totally incorporated.
Bottle in a tightly sealed container and keep refrigerated. Shake well before using. This will keep up to 2 months.
