Wrinkled Choc Chip Cookies

Yeah they are a little wrinkled but, what makes these cookies different is what is in them. Take a look and try them out - perfect when you're out of oil.
1 bx vanilla or yellow cake mix
1/2 c mayo (you will not taste it, I promise)
1 egg
1/4 c water
1 pk (6oz) semi-sweet choc chips
Preheat oven to 350º, spray sheets with non stick spray or use parchment paper for an easy clean up. Set sheets aside.
Combine dry cake mix, mayo, egg and water - mix until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips and drop by rounded tbsp about 2 " apart onto prepared sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown. Cool 1 minute then move to wire racks to cool completely.

Àmazing! Who would've thought that Mayo could be used in a cookie recipe! They must be super moist :-
They look so good and pretty...I may have to just swallow my fear of mayo, lol. :)
